The Stream
Living Streams Worship Center (aka "The Stream" is a non-denominational church located in the heart of Monroe, NC. We believe that Jesus is the only Savior of humanity. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. We affirm that Jesus is the Lord of all creation and the central figure of the Christian faith.
We are a church without hang-ups; a place where everyone is someone and Jesus is Lord; we go beyond the four walls of a building to extend the love of Christ to all.

Our Pastor
Pastor Ron Flowers is a prophetic voice for the 21st-century Church and a dynamic speaker with a deep passion for ministry. His journey in ministry began at an early age, when he was filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost as a teenager and developed a profound love for souls. Over the course of more than 30 years, Pastor Ron’s dedication and passion led him to plant Living Streams Worship Center in Robbins, IL, where he served for 12 years. He also hosted his own radio show, The Flow, on WGBX, reaching thousands of listeners. Today, Pastor Ron extends his ministry through the Faith Discovery Channel on YouTube, where he broadcasts weekly messages.
In 2022, Pastor Ron felt led by the Holy Ghost to relocate to North Carolina. After serving as an Elder at New Living Word Church for over two years, the Holy Ghost prompted him to plant Living Streams Worship Center in Monroe, NC, answering the divine call with the words, “I have called you to this region.” Pastor Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Robert Morris University, as well as a Master of Theological Studies and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. He is a graduate of Living Word Christian Center and is licensed under the FMA Pastoral Alliance, led by Dr. Bill Winston in Forest Park, IL. Professionally, Pastor Ron has worked in education for 20 years and currently serves as the Associate Executive Director in Marketing and Managing Director of a Mentorship Program for trouble Youth for Next Level Living, Inc. He has been happily married to his wife, Sherrie Flowers, for 22 years, and together, they are proud parents of three children: Ron Jr., Sheridan, and Carson
Our First Lady
Lady Sherrie Flowers is the Director of Sister's Keeper Women’s Ministry and Intercessory Prayer at The Stream. She is passionate about doing her part to help advance the Kingdom of God. Her zeal and skill for encouraging and empowering women is unmatched. Her thirst for feeling the presence and power of God contributes to her being a powerful prayer warrior. Lady Sherrie holds a Masters of Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago as well as a Masters of Theological Studies from Liberty Theological Studies.
Lady Sherrie’s professional career includes being a seasoned Human Resources professional with over twenty-five years of HR experience. Her background is graced in knowledge and experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, training, organizational development, employee engagement, organizational behavior, employee benefits, and business strategy & development.
Mrs. Flowers is also the founder and CEO of Next Level Living, a non-profit organization that helps people progress to their next level in life through various empowerment mentoring programs. Lady Sherrie has also authored two books, Five-a-Day: The Perfect Dosage of Grace” and “Game Time: Achieving Victory through Wholeness.”
